Zanshin Leadership S.E.N.C. (“Zanshin Leadership”) owns and operates all materials, content, and services offered on its website and through its programs, workshops, and digital platforms. By accessing the website, registering for any program, or participating in any activity, the participant or visitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Zanshin Leadership S.E.N.C. (« Zanshin Leadership ») est propriétaire et exploitant de tous les contenus, matériels et services offerts sur son site Web et dans le cadre de ses programmes, ateliers et plateformes numériques. 2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability / Acceptation des risques et renonciation à la responsabilité
By registering, I acknowledge that this workshop includes physical demonstrations inspired by martial arts, including light partner-based exercises. I voluntarily assume all associated risks and release Zanshin Leadership, its instructors, organizers, and venue partners from any liability or claim arising from participation.
En m’inscrivant, je reconnais que cet atelier comprend des démonstrations physiques inspirées des arts martiaux, incluant des exercices légers en binôme. J’assume volontairement tous les risques associés et dégage Zanshin Leadership, ses instructeurs, organisateurs et partenaires de toute responsabilité ou réclamation découlant de ma participation.
3. Voluntary Physical Participation / Participation physique volontaire
All physical activities are optional. Participants may choose to observe rather than participate. It is the responsibility of each participant to inform the facilitators of any limitation or discomfort.
Toutes les activités physiques sont optionnelles. Les participants peuvent choisir d’observer plutôt que de participer. Il est de la responsabilité de chaque participant d’informer les facilitateurs de toute limite ou gêne.
4. Health and Medical Disclosure / Déclaration de santé et de condition médicale
Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to engage in light to moderate physical activity. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before participating if they have any concerns that may affect safety.
Les participants confirment qu’ils sont dans un état de santé physique et mentale adéquat pour participer à une activité légère ou modérée. Il appartient au participant de consulter un professionnel de la santé avant de participer s’il a des préoccupations susceptibles d’affecter sa sécurité.
5. Emergency Contact / Personne à contacter en cas d’urgence
Participants agree to provide an emergency contact on the registration form in case of a health-related incident.
Les participants s’engagent à fournir un contact d’urgence sur le formulaire d’inscription en cas de situation médicale.
6. Photography and Video Consent / Consentement à la photo et à la vidéo
Participants authorize Zanshin Leadership to use photographs or video recordings taken during workshops for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. Participants may withdraw this consent by written notice before the start of the workshop.
Les participants autorisent Zanshin Leadership à utiliser les photographies ou enregistrements vidéo pris durant les ateliers à des fins promotionnelles, éducatives ou de marketing. Les participants peuvent retirer ce consentement par avis écrit avant le début de l’atelier.
7. Code of Conduct / Code de conduite
Respectful, safe, and inclusive conduct is required at all times. Harassment, aggression, or failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.
Un comportement respectueux, sécuritaire et inclusif est exigé en tout temps. Le harcèlement, l’agressivité ou le non-respect des consignes de sécurité peuvent entraîner l’expulsion immédiate sans remboursement.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy / Politique de remboursement et d’annulation
All registrations are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another participant upon written notice. Zanshin Leadership reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
Toutes les inscriptions sont non remboursables. Toutefois, l’inscription peut être transférée à un autre participant sur avis écrit. Zanshin Leadership se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de reporter un atelier en cas de circonstances imprévues. Personal data collected through registration or website use is processed solely for coordination, communication, and administrative purposes. Zanshin Leadership does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

- program structures, teaching frameworks, and training methodologies;
- workshop content, presentations, exercises, and written materials;
- website text, design, images, and code;
- trademarks, service marks, and visual identity;
- all written or recorded content in any form or medium.
These materials are protected under Canadian and international laws governing copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets. No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, translated, distributed, stored, transmitted, or otherwise used for any purpose without prior written authorization from Zanshin Leadership S.E.N.C.
Participation in a workshop, access to online content, or use of the website does not grant any ownership or licensing rights to participants, users, or third parties.

Intellectual property includes all creations of the mind such as text, concepts, processes, logos, and visual or written materials. These are protected under law to prevent unauthorized use. Any duplication, imitation, or adaptation of Zanshin Leadership programs, teaching content, or branding without written authorization constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

By checking the box marked “I agree” during online registration for a Zanshin Leadership program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Participant Licence and Confidentiality Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in any Zanshin Leadership programs or receive any related materials. /

All program content, including but not limited to videos, slides, workbooks, written materials, exercises, and methodologies, is the exclusive property of Zanshin Leadership S.E.N.C. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to the participant. /

Zanshin Leadership grants participants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the materials provided for personal educational and self-development purposes only. The participant may not copy, distribute, modify, translate, share, or use the materials for teaching, consulting, or commercial purposes. /

All materials, techniques, and methodologies shared during the program are confidential and proprietary. The participant agrees not to disclose, duplicate, or use this information for any purpose other than personal learning, and not to teach or share it without written permission from Zanshin Leadership. /

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or reproducing any part of the sessions or materials without written authorization. All access to materials is for personal use only and may not be shared. /

Zanshin Leadership reserves the right to revoke participation or access to materials without refund if the participant breaches any term of this Agreement or misuses program content. /

Zanshin Leadership provides its programs and materials “as is” and makes no representation or warranty of results. To the extent permitted by law, Zanshin Leadership disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation or use of its materials. /

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal. /

By selecting “I agree,” the participant confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement and consent to its terms. This electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a signed document. /
En sélectionnant « J’accepte », le participant confirme avoir lu et compris le présent accord et consent à ses conditions. Cette acceptation électronique a la même valeur juridique qu’un document signé.
