Leadership & Management Program
Developing Presence, Clarity, and Strategic Influence in Leadership
Where awareness meets action to strengthen decision-making and team alignment.
Overview
The Leadership & Management Program is designed for professionals at every organizational level seeking greater focus, adaptability, and influence while strengthening team culture. Grounded in Japanese martial arts philosophy, it explores principles such as Zanshin (focused awareness), Shoshin (beginner’s mind), Ukeireru (adaptability), and Kokoro (integrity and heart–mind unity).
Participants engage in experiential exercises that demonstrate how awareness, posture, and timing directly translate into effective leadership, communication, and collaboration. By embodying these principles, teams enhance both individual performance and collective resilience.
Through structured movement, reflective dialogue, and perception training, participants learn to navigate stress, resolve conflict, and build trust across their organization.
Program Design
Zanshin Leadership offers two distinct delivery formats designed to accommodate different organizational needs:
Flagship 10-Hour Workshop (2 Days)
A deep-dive, immersive experience that integrates martial arts philosophy with real-world workplace scenarios. Participants practice strategies for stress regulation, focus, and collaboration, while exploring ways to manage conflict and uncertainty effectively.
Condensed 6-Hour Workshop (2 Modules)
A high-impact version for organizations seeking a shorter, interactive learning experience. This format introduces core principles and exercises that are immediately applicable, with reflection and practical application integrated throughout.
Duration: 10 hours (2 days) or 6 hours (2 modules).
Group Size: 10– 40 participants.
Materials: Provided by Zanshin Leadership.
Venue: Room with open floor space or program hall for experiential exercises.
